Heyo, I'm LiterallyHifumi! I am a tech nerd and I like weeb stuff! I live in Canada and I was born in the 90's. Much of my web content is already on Neocities, but that's become somewhat of a high-effort/perfectionist endeavour over the years, so I'll just use nekoweb as a lower-effort webspace. Probably the biggest interest of mine that I've spent the most time sharing is vocal synth media (a catch-all term for Vocaloid, CeVIO, SynthV, Voiceroid, etc.). I have like 7 pages on my Neocities dedicated to vocal synth stuff. Probably the best one of those is my vocal synth shrine. The second-best would be the current page I post new songs to once or twice a month, Singing Synthesizers Infinitely.
For about a decade, Yuzuki Yukari was my #1 favourite voice, but right now, my top faves are a close race between Hanakuma Chifuyu, Otomachi Una, and SynthV Kasane Teto. If you ask me which characters I think are hella underrated, I'd like to point you towards Kisaragi Tsuina, and Kasukabe Tsumugi.
